Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 November 2026

These terms apply to the KidsDM parent app and child app. Installing or using either part means you agree to them.

1. The service

KidsDM provides tools to manage a child's device, including daily limits, app rules, schedules, location reports and task rewards. The parent app and child app work together after pairing.

2. Accounts and devices

  • You must own the device or have the owner's permission to manage it.
  • Keep the family code and access code safe so nobody else can control the account.
  • Each family account should be used only for its own household members.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use KidsDM to monitor adults without their consent, or to track devices that do not belong to your household. You are responsible for following the law where you live.

4. Android platform limits

Some features rely on the Android accessibility service and device admin permissions. System updates, disabled permissions or vendor battery management can affect how reliably blocking and reporting work. We cannot guarantee that removal or deactivation will always be prevented.

5. AI features

The weekly AI insight and app sorting are advisory, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not professional advice. Whether to change a rule is still your decision, and the system never changes settings automatically based on AI suggestions.

6. Changes and availability

We may update, adjust or stop parts of the service, and will give notice where practical. You can stop using the service and remove the apps at any time.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using or being unable to use the service.

8. Contact
